Sensible Edibles Products Review

When I won a giveaway from Sensible Edible, I was excited to try their products. I didn’t expect that every single item would be so perfect. It is so hard to pick a favorite. I even enjoyed flavors I would normally didn’t choose when shopping. I am on gluten free diet because of my medical condition (celiac) and I know firsthand how hard it is to make a vegan, gluten free product that tastes good. Sensible Edible really nailed it. Most of the time it is hard to guess those products are gluten free.

Sensible Edible send me 12 items:

Frosted Cookie Crunch, Apple Oatmeal cookie, Espresso Hazelnut cookie, Energy Cookie, Orange Date Bar, Rasbery Hazelnut Bar, Grassroot Bar, Breakfast Protein Bar, Vanilla Berry Bliss Muffin, Coca Bean Muffin, Banana Walnut Muffin, Cinnamon Pumpkin Muffin.

Each cookie, bar or muffin could easily replace a breakfast, or you can have it as a treat, snack, or a desert with your favorite choice of coffee. They are very fulfilling.

Their Philosophy:” We turn guilty pleasures into healthy snacks with simple, fresh, sustainably sourced food. We advocate for an ingredient- conscious lifestyle that puts the health of people and the planet first.”

Here is a quick rundown of each item (in the order I tried them and shared 😉

Frosted Cookie Crunch – Made with oat flour. Soft, chewy, and topped with crushed cookies and frosting that’s not overly sweet. A fun, indulgent cookie with the perfect balance.

Vanilla Berry Bliss Muffin – Moist, light, and perfectly sweet with a refreshing berry touch.

Apple Oatmeal Cookie – Hearty and delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. It feels like the perfect breakfast cookie. One of my favorites!

Orange Date Bar – I love anything with dates, and this one has a crunchy base topped with a caramel-like date layer and orange zest. Personally, I’d prefer less orange, but it’s still a wonderful bar.

Cocoa Bean Muffin – Soft, moist, with the perfect texture. I’m not usually a big fan of chocolate, but this muffin won me over.

Raspberry Hazelnut Bar – Absolutely scrumptious. A sweet-tart raspberry layer between nutty, buttery, crumbly crusts. Sweeter than some of the others, but still irresistible.

Espresso Hazelnut Cookie – A beautiful balance of sweetness with hints of espresso and hazelnut. Rich and flavorful—one of my top picks.

Banana Walnut Muffin – A classic done right. Soft, moist, and full of banana flavor with a lovely walnut crunch.

Breakfast Protein Bar – Less sweet than the others, but packed with 12g of protein and 5g of fiber. A nourishing, low-sugar option that keeps you full.

Cinnamon Pumpkin Muffin with Cranberry – Strong in flavor with a touch of bitterness from the pumpkin and spice blend. Not my personal favorite, but pumpkin lovers will appreciate it.

Grassroot Bar – Moist and hearty, made with zucchini and carrots. Lightly spiced with cinnamon and raisins, it tastes wholesome and satisfying.

Energy Cookie – Soft, moist, and studded with cranberries, raisins, and pumpkin seeds. Made with 40% less sugar and sweetened naturally with applesauce. A perfect breakfast replacement.

Overall, I was truly impressed with every single product Sensible Edibles sent me. Each cookie, bar, and muffin had its own unique flavor and texture, and together they show how creative and satisfying vegan, gluten-free baking can be. What stood out most is how balanced the treats are—they taste indulgent without being overly sweet, and they are nourishing enough to enjoy as breakfast, a post-workout snack, or even dessert with coffee or tea.

Sensible Edibles has proven that “free-from” doesn’t mean free of flavor. For anyone who is gluten-free, vegan, or just looking for healthier snacks made with clean, sustainable ingredients, I highly recommend giving them a try. Not only will you enjoy their baked goods, but you’ll also be supporting a family-run bakery that puts people, community, and the planet first.
