The 5th annual NYC Vegetarian Food Festival is coming March 14-15, 2015 to NYC. Save the date! It is going to be a weekend filled with delicious vegan food, lectures, educational programs, eco-friendly lifestyle tips and fun.
The founders of the festivals are Sarah Gross and Nira Paliwoda. They are active members of the local vegetarian and green movement.
Each year the festival is attracting more attendees and exhibitors. (This year there will be over 100 exhibitors!). People are more interested in veganism than ever before. So if you are new to this life style, or you are already a vegan for many years- this is the place to be. It will be exciting for all. You will not only get samples of delicious food, but also listen (and learn) to speakers, meet new vegan and eco-friendly brands, get involved in some fun activities. And if you are worried because you are coming with kids- you can stop worrying right now. This is family and kids friendly festival. There will be fun activities for kids as well.
“Foodies, locavores, vegetarians, vegans, flexitarians, and those who simply want to find out more about living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, this is the festival for you! Vegetarian food companies, restaurants, and health and wellness vendors will congregate in New York City to celebrate the delight of vegetarian food and cruelty-free living at the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival.“
