Who knows better than us, celiacs,how hard it is to communicate sometimes, especially in restaurants run by foreign people. That’s why when I came across this useful info sheet I had to share it with all my friends. It would be great if it had also a sentence or two about no meat please in my dish, but at least we can say “No gluten in my food”. 😉
