Manna Organics & GIVEAWAY!

I am always excited when I find vegan bread, that is also gluten free. It is so hard to find this kind of bread in stores.

Manna Organics, LLC is a family owned and operated bakery. All their products are vegan, kosher, organic. They also offer gluten free/vegan breads. Right now there is choice of 5 GF flavors:

  • Gluten Free Ancient Grains
  • Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin
  • Gluten Free Open Sesame
  • Gluten Free Original
  • Gluten Free Ciao Chia

Gluten Free Ancient Grains Bread – I loved how rich in taste this bread is. It tasted  good with vegan cream cheese, but I absolutely loved it toasted with butter. Since there is no wheat, the bread is dense. Maybe it doesn’t have the fluffiness you are used to, but this is really healthy option for a bread. And most important it is vegan and gluten free. It is my favorite flavor from all GF Manna Breads I tried.

Gluten Free Original Bread- It tastes good, but you will know it is gluten free bread. Maybe not everybody will like its texture. It changes the taste when you toast it. I like it toasted much better. There was one problem though. The whole loaf was broken at half. It crumbled a lot. I think it could be the shipping problem. Maybe the package wasn’t taken care of as it should.

Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread– I always treated cinnamon raisin bread more as a cake or treat. It is sweet and it doesn’t really need much on it. There was no difference here. When I opened the bag I could smell this wonderful aroma of cinnamon and raisins. I put some vegan butter on and toasted it. It was so delicious. It is my next favorite Manna Organics GF Bread!

Manna Organics Vegan Gluten free Heaven

Gluten Free Ciao Chia Bread– if you know chia seeds you know they are very nutritious. To me they are little bit like poppy seeds. And since I like poppy seeds I also like chia seeds in my breads. It reminds me of GF Original Manna Organics Bread. Again I like it more toasted than straight from the bag. But I am happy I have more gluten free/vegan options now.

As a conclusion:

Manna Organics gluten free breads are organic and certified gluten free. They are dense breads. They don’t have typical bread texture. They are not fluffy, soft or spongy. I think those who are used to gluten free bread will not find it surprising. Breads need to be kept in the fridge. They taste the best when toasted. Manna Organics breads are healthy and nutritious. They don’t contain: salt, yeast, oils, sweeteners, leaving agents, artificial ingredients. They are dairy free, soy free, egg free. They are made with wholesome organic ingredients, like: brown rice flour, sprouted seeds, starches, and sunflower oil. GF breads come pre-sliced, which is so convenient.

(If you don’t have to eat gluten free, definitely try their other breads. I heard they are really delicious! )

  7. Hello and please 🙂 I am a big fan of their products but it’s so hard to find them where I live! I used a raw/vegan diet to heal and avoid preventive chemotherapy… now I can eat yummy treats like these 🙂 and would be very grateful for the Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread.
