Quick Breakfast Ideas

What is your quick, go-to breakfast?
I love overnight oats or warm oats, sometimes cereal, or just green smoothie.
Only when I have more timer during weekends, I would make scrambled tofu and vegan areas or pancakes. Let’s face it. Preparing food takes time.

Warm Veggies

This is super easy dish, but so delicious. And quite quick to make. (Not counting the time that dish sits in the oven 😉 Also it is up to your imagination and taste, which veggies you want to use.

Ingredients:

  • sweet potato
  • regular potato
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 carrot
  • zucchini
  • squash
  • 3-4 spoons of olive oil
  • Seasonings mix : salt, pepper, cumin, chili, basil, red pepper, etc.

This book is filled with hundreds of plant based recipes! More than 600! This is a gold mine for Vegans!…
