This book is filled with hundreds of plant based recipes! More than 600! This is a gold mine for Vegans!…

Vegan Bean Burgers

I was modifying this recipe so many times. And too be honest, I still change things, when I make those beans burgers. 😉

But I decided to put a general recipe here. You may found that you want to omit some ingredients, or substitute. Feel free to do so. It should be just the way you like it after all.…

Vegan “Shrimp” Salad

This salad can be made in a few ways. It is always up to the Chief to decide what you like more in the salad. This version is made of vegan shrimp, but you can use Vegan crab meat.

Vegan Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • few pieces of vegan shrimp (or vegan crab meat)
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • half of small red onion
  • half of bell pepper (any color you like or mix them all)
  • 5 radishes (optional)
  • 3 spoons of vegan mayo
  • cup of cilantro
  • salt, pepper
