Chocolate Truffle Brownie

This is my another experiment with ready baking mix, but converting it into vegan, gluten free cake.
I used Chocolate Truffle Brownie Mix Gluten Free Pantry from Glutino. I have to say it came up AMAZING! I was afraid my egg replacer will not work, that I will taste some weird flavor from flour. But no. It came really delicious and trust me- none will know the difference!

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE BROWNIE

Directions from the package:
Ingredients:
Chocolate Truffle Brownie Mix by Gluten Free Pantry
2 eggs
7 tbsp butter,melted
1/3 chopped nuts (optional)

My VEGAN, GF version:
Chocolate Truffle Brownie Mix by Gluten Free Pantry
egg replacer (for 2 eggs- follow directions from the egg replacer package)
7 tbsp Earth Balance butter
1 cup of soy milk

Preheat oven to 350F.

Spray 7×11 or 8×8 inch pan with vegetable spray.

In a large bowl with already made egg replacer add dry mix, than a butter and milk until combined. Fold in nuts if used. (Mixture will be very thick).
Spread over prepared pan and bake 25-27 min. Cool compliantly.

For best results, freeze 1 hour before cutting.May be frozen. (In my case it almost disappeared from the plate after 1 hour hahhah ).

I served the brownies topped with vegan ice-cream and jelly. 😉 yuuuummmeeee
