This vegan, gluten free salad is perfect for pot lack parties. It is easy and quick to make.
- Half package of your choice of Chicken Less Stripes by Beyond Meat (I used Southwest Style)
- 3 stalks of celery-diced
- 4-6 radishes-diced
- 1 can of NON-GMO corn
- 1 cucumber, peeled, diced
- handful of cut cilantro
- fresh basil-optional
- salt, pepper for taste
- 2-3 table spoons of vegan mayonnaise
Cut the chicken less stripes into cubes. Combine with all ingredients. Mix well. Serve and enjoy!
