Eggless “Egg” Salad

Are you missing egg salad? Do you wish to make it but you have no idea where to start, what ingredients to use? Fear no more! I got you covered. I came up with this Eggless “Egg” Salad and it tastes really good!

It is really easy and quick!



  • 1 firm tofu
  • 1-2 spoons of Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • cilantro
  • avocado
  • salt, papper


  1. Wash tofu and squeeze the water out. You can make it even an hour before, so the tofu is really dry.
  2. Smash tofu with fork.
  3. Add mayo and mustard.
  4. Smash avocado and add to the existing mixture.
  5. Add chopped cilantro, salt and paper.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Serve!

Attention! The salad has to be eaten as soon as is made. Since avocado is one of the ingredients after a while the salad changes color and it doesn’t look and taste nice anymore. You can’t store it in the fridge for later.

But here is a TIP: Don’t put avocado and you can store it in the fridge (it is still good next day). You can add avocado just before serving to the amount you will eat. 🙂
