This is very quick and easy salad. I used Beyond Meat Chicken Less Stripes.
- Half Package of Beyond Meat Chicken Less Stripes (your choice of flavor).
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 big tomatoes
- 6 pickles
- vegan cheese
- your choice of dressing
Cut the stripes to smaller pieces. Put in the ball. Cut pepper and pickles into stripes. Also cut tomatoes. Add to chicken less stripes. Put cheese on the top and enjoy. For more savory taste add spoon of your favorite dressing. Yum!
